Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and simulation applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams to advance quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at quantum conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Translate theoretical models into scalable quantum software prototypes

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
