Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems

- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum information science or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and assembly-level optimization
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts to experimental prototypes
