Qualifications
PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years of research experienceProficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and circuit optimizationPublished research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computingExperience with quantum simulators (QASM, Quil) and real quantum hardwareDeep understanding of quantum algorithms for Shor's, Grover's, and VQEStrong background in linear algebra and complex analysisTrack record of securing research grants from NSF, DARPA, or similar bodiesExcellent communication skills for translating complex quantum concepts to stakeholders
