Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for quantum computing initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or ion traps
- Expertise in quantum algorithm development (QAOA, VQE, etc.)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Experience securing DOE/NASA grants for quantum research
