Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Develop quantum software frameworks and optimize quantum circuit performance
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum systems
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Secure research funding through government and private sector grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantum field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
