Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for industrial-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Architect quantum error correction systems achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Integrate quantum processors with classical computing infrastructure
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Research and implement novel quantum communication protocols
- Drive quantum security solutions for blockchain and financial systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum computing systems or qubit control systems
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and microwave control systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
