Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence
- Secure federal and private research funding through compelling proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (10+ years experience)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction protocols
- Mastery of Python/C++ with quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
