Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify top-tier candidates for various open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate databases.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide logistical support to candidates and clients.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service.
