Responsibilities
- Conduct active sourcing and headhunting to identify top-tier talent for our client portfolio.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates specifically within the Tampa region.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide logistical support between clients and candidates.
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and professional networks to expand recruitment reach.
- Provide exceptional client service by communicating market trends and candidate availability effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, consultative demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
