Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation for new hires.
- Update candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1+ year preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for occasional client visits).
- Experience in the Charlotte, NC market is a significant plus.
