Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for various industries using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conducting initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and soft skills.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and job seekers in the Los Angeles area.
- Managing the candidate onboarding process and ensuring strict compliance with labor laws.
- Tracking applicant data in our ATS and providing weekly reports to management.
- Collaborating with the sales team to fill open requisitions quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred due to LA location).
