Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client requirements across administrative, light industrial, and professional sectors
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to match candidates with optimal opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and documentation
- Track and report key performance metrics using our proprietary staffing software
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Participate in weekly staffing team meetings to share insights and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing or recruitment experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings
