Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand staffing needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from screening to placement and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates and generate insightful recruitment analytics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent in competitive markets
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across diverse industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage candidate and client expectations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional client meetings
