Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for weekly-paying positions across Philadelphia's thriving industries
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ client companies to understand staffing needs
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skills assessments for administrative, healthcare, and logistics roles
- Manage full recruitment cycle from application to placement using our proprietary ATS
- Negotiate compensation packages ensuring candidates receive weekly pay benefits
- Onboard new hires and provide post-placement support to ensure retention
- Analyze market trends to identify new weekly-paying opportunities in Philadelphia
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 2+ years recruitment/staffing experience with weekly-pay job placements
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in volume recruitment
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry forums
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Strong negotiation skills for weekly-pay compensation structures
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification or equivalent staffing credentials
- Deep knowledge of Philadelphia's labor market and weekly-paying employers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with same-week placement demands
