Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary/contract positions across Chicago businesses
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate pipeline using ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients in finance, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to all parties
- Onboard placed candidates and ensure smooth transition to client roles
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Knowledge of Chicago's labor market and key industries
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
