Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for temporary and part-time positions
- Conduct behavioral interviews using competency-based assessment techniques
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using applicant tracking systems
- Partner with clients to understand staffing requirements and position specifications
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Track key metrics like time-to-fill and placement quality
- Stay current with Baltimore's industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years in recruiting/staffing experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Maryland driver's license (client site visits required)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with Baltimore's local job market strongly preferred
