Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct client consultations to understand staffing requirements
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for temporary and contract positions
- Manage candidate pipeline using our proprietary ATS system
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers and industry partners
- Track key metrics and report weekly performance to team leads
- Participate in local networking events to expand our talent pool
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
