Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit for various roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified applicants using social media and professional networks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling and feedback.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining recruitment records.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and staffing opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus).
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional but beneficial for local networking).
