Responsibilities
- Sourcer and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles
- Conduct engaging candidate interviews and assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system with precision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Facilitate interview logistics between candidates and employers
- Prepare detailed candidate reports and market insights
- Support recruitment campaigns across digital platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington State driver's license (client site visits)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR certification preferred
