Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse temporary and contract roles across finance, tech, and creative industries
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments to match skills with client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier companies to understand their staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement and onboarding support
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms to expand talent pipelines
- Provide exceptional client service through regular updates and strategic staffing consultations
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to optimize recruitment strategies and market trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with a focus on temporary or contract placements
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural fluency
- Proven ability to source candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid New York State staffing license (if applicable per regulations)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of NYC's diverse industries and talent landscape
