Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for part-time/temporary positions using digital platforms and local networking
- Conduct client consultations to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses seeking temporary staffing solutions
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and job postings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience or relevant customer service background
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of New Orleans' business landscape preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for occasional client meetings
