Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Knowledge of Virginia Beach labor market and employment regulations
