Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight shifts in healthcare, warehousing, and production sectors
- Manage candidate pipelines through our proprietary ATS system with 24/7 scheduling support
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments during evening hours
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ Kansas City-area employers for urgent staffing needs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety protocols for night shift assignments
- Resolve staffing emergencies with rapid-response deployment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid Missouri staffing license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication skills with availability between 8 PM - 4 AM
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of Kansas City's night shift labor market dynamics
- Ability to travel to client sites within metropolitan area
