Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for overnight and early-morning shift positions across Dallas metroplex
- Manage urgent staffing requests from healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients during night hours
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments with candidates in multiple time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and applicant tracking system records
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure smooth handover of critical assignments
- Resolve staffing emergencies and fill last-minute vacancies within 2-4 hour response windows
- Develop relationships with night shift managers at partner organizations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport during unconventional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong multitasking abilities with proven success in high-pressure environments
- Detailed knowledge of Dallas-area industries requiring night shift coverage
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (typically 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
