Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions across manufacturing, logistics, and healthcare sectors
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage candidate database and applicant tracking system with precision
- Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and fill urgent overnight vacancies
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies during all operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients during non-standard hours
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for night shift roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong knowledge of Fresno's labor market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
