Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in warehousing, manufacturing, and healthcare
- Manage onboarding processes for night shift employees including document verification and training coordination
- Handle client communication regarding staffing needs, performance, and compliance
- Maintain accurate records in ATS system and generate daily shift reports
- Resolve staffing emergencies and adjust schedules dynamically
- Conduct site visits to ensure client satisfaction and operational alignment
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless workforce transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience, preferably with night shift roles
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Florida labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Experience with industrial or healthcare staffing highly desirable
