Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight staffing operations for 15-20 active client accounts
- Conduct phone interviews and background checks for night shift candidates
- Dispatch and manage temporary staff across multiple worksites
- Maintain real-time communication with clients and employees via night shift channels
- Resolve staffing emergencies and schedule conflicts during overnight hours
- Prepare daily staffing reports and performance analytics for morning leadership
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers and continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing agency or HR experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse client base
