- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
- Collaborate with team on staffing solutions for clients
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client visits
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Texas labor laws and regulations
