- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relations: Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights.
- Placement Management: Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the onboarding process for successful placements.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and hit targets in a part-time capacity.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
