Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries via job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct detailed phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems and ensure timely communication
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates and provide post-placement support
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing experience with proven candidate sourcing success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation and compliance
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
