Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring clients
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for talent sourcing
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting or staffing agency experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
