Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Screen and Interview: Evaluate applicants' resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings to determine their qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage Job Orders: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and ensure accurate job descriptions are posted on our platform.
- Coordinate Schedules: Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new placements, ensuring paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on candidate pipeline and feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment laws and compliance in Colorado is a plus.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
