Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with prospective candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate databases using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with onboarding processes for temporary and contract employees.
- Communicate placement updates and confirmations to all parties involved.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client hiring needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
