- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and skills assessments

- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and clients
- Stay updated on labor market trends and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruiting or staffing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits required)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
