Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Utilize various platforms to identify potential candidates and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendar logistics efficiently.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track applicant progress.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on open roles and candidate status.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing new hires for their roles by ensuring all necessary paperwork and orientation materials are ready.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative coordination is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week) with some evening availability.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
