Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various open positions within the staffing agency.
- Manage candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure timely placement of temp-to-hire and direct hire candidates.
- Prepare offer letters and necessary employment documentation for new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in a staffing agency, recruiting, or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as scheduled.
