Responsibilities
- Screen and review resumes to identify qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal team members and external candidates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional, based on role specifics).
