Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates through phone screenings and resume reviews
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data
- Build and nurture relationships with temporary and contract workers
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Conduct market research to identify industry hiring trends
- Collaborate with recruiters to fill urgent staffing requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment coordination or staffing agency experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR certification preferred
