Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing/recruitment or HR coordination experience
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
