Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse part-time and temporary positions across Pennsylvania
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with optimal client opportunities
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the placement lifecycle, ensuring exceptional experience
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and position requirements
- Utilize ATS and CRM systems to track placements and maintain accurate candidate databases
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and client orientations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years in recruitment, staffing, or customer service environment

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities with multitasking capabilities in fast-paced settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- PA residency required for local market knowledge
