Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse part-time positions across Long Beach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to understand hiring needs
- Manage candidate pipelines through our ATS platform with precision and efficiency
- Conduct preliminary interviews and skills assessments for potential placements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Prepare detailed candidate reports and hiring recommendations
- Participate in local job fairs and networking events to expand our talent pool
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR coordination
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license for local client visits
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
