Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with Indianapolis-area businesses to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment strategies and fill roles efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement lifecycle
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination
