- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records
- Coordinate interview logistics between clients and applicants
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers and HR departments
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and skill evaluations
- Assist with job posting optimization across multiple recruitment platforms
- Support onboarding processes for temporary and contract placements
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment or staffing industry experience
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote-hybrid capacity
