Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions across Houston industries
- Match qualified candidates to client requirements using our proprietary recruitment platform
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications for prospective hires
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate applicant tracking records
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing needs and deliver solutions
- Onboard new candidates and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Provide weekly reports on recruitment metrics and placement success rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including occasional evening/weekend client meetings
