- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving hiring needs.
- Utilize CRM tools to track candidate pipelines and manage client interactions efficiently.
- Market job openings through various channels, including social media and networking events.
- Coordinate the placement process, including onboarding and orientation support for new hires.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking data to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR is a plus.
