Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for open positions.
- Manage candidate pipelines by updating databases and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics for both clients and applicants.
- Conduct market research to identify staffing trends and emerging industries in the New Orleans area.
- Assist in the onboarding process for temporary and contract employees.
- Collaborate with the senior recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or recruitment is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for local candidate meetings.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a professional demeanor.
