Responsibilities
- Sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Conducting phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Managing applicant tracking system and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Building relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Preparing weekly recruitment reports and performance metrics
- Onboarding new contractors and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting/staffing agency experience
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Chicago's job market preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Valid Illinois driver's license for occasional client visits
