Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify top-tier candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for temporary and contract placements.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate databases.
- Assist in sourcing talent through various channels, including social media, networking events, and job boards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are recommended.
