Responsibilities
- Screen and review resumes to identify top talent for open requisitions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews with prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring needs.
- Assist in organizing and staffing local job fairs and recruitment events.
- Update candidate status and maintain accurate records in the database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
