Your Mission
As a Part-Time Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment pipeline. You will act as the bridge between our clients and the best talent in the market, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for open positions across various industries.
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and culture add.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (internships considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for helping people achieve their career goals.
